boards: normalize Efinix development kit names - #767
Merged
Conversation
Use efinix_<device>_<package-or-variant>_dev_kit consistently for Efinix development-kit platform and target modules. Drop redundant Trion and Titanium family prefixes and use the F81, F256, and F576 package codes consistently. Keep official product wording in user-facing descriptions. Update target exclusions and regenerate the README board list and board inventory for the renamed modules.

These are target command and Python module renames. Compatibility wrappers are not retained because file-based target discovery would expose the old and new names as duplicate board targets.
